Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best service for all our valued clients, we kindly request that you provide Brittney with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows her the opportunity to inform other guests on our standby list of any available slots, ensuring that everyone is served efficiently. We have implemented these policies to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards for our established and future clientele. We appreciate your understanding and support in adhering to these criteria. Thank you for taking the time to review our policies. NO SHOW POLICY: To ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we have implemented a no-show policy. In the event of a no-show, clients will be charged 100% of the appointment total. Additionally, clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late will also be considered a no-show and will be subject to the same charge. The card provided during payment will be kept on file securely and will only be charged in the event of a no-show. If you need to update or change the card on file, please contact Brittney. PAYMENT: Brittney accepts various forms of payment, including debit/credit cards, cash, check, and Cash App. Please note that when using a debit or credit card, a convenience fee of 3.5% will be applied to the total service cost. SICKNESS: We kindly request that if you are feeling unwell, please prioritize your health and refrain from coming to your appointment. Your well-being is of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your understanding in putting your health first. REFUND POLICY: We strive to provide exceptional service and outstanding customer care. Please note that there are no refunds on salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns about the service you received, we kindly ask that you notify Brittney within two days of your appointment.
